charming and clean stay near everything!!!
clean room excellent proximity helpful staff needed amenities
this time, i booked the room with the bath. the room was very clean and had everything i needed. the proximity to the train station was excellent, also close to many restaurants. the staff was helpful with their time, too!!!
i found the room carpet needed a good vacuum. cobwebs were in the room, it's a minor detail but important.

The food at the pub was amazing. i recommend going to "another brother" around the corner for breakfast. Their cinnamon porridge is delicious!!! the pub had a nice atmosphere, too, so it was a double win.

The facilities here were great. each room is named after a bridge with a plaque that offers information. the tube station is close. The location is perfect for events and restaurants. i thought it was a great feature.

The location was AMAZING. The tube station is just a short walk. The room had all the extras I needed like a hairdryer and tea making set. The pub downstairs offered a discount to guests. The shower had instant hot water which was HEAVENLY!!!

Great Pub, Comfortable Stay!

The staff was very helpful. They provided clear instructions on accessing the hotel section. My room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was lovely and had a comfortable bed. I was impressed with the soundproofing. I had a great night's sleep.
The walls seemed a bit thin, and I could hear noises from the adjacent room.

The pub downstairs featured a good selection of beers and offered discounts to hotel guests. The building has a lot of character unlike the chain hotels. Access to the hotel is separate. I did not need to walk through the main pub area.

helpful staff ironing board great location
The staff was quite helpful and checked me in quickly. I appreciated that. My room had an iron with ironing board along with tea and coffee making facilities. The location is great. It is close to the underground station.
The pub underneath made it QUITE noisy at times, particularly in the evening.

The pub offered a good selection of craft beers and real ales. Breakfast offered good choices, AND it tasted fresh, it WAS very lovely and appetizing, a great start to the day.

tasty food friendly staff
The location provided convenient access to the tube station. i found the evening food quite tasty. the draft beers were also very good. I appreciated the variety.
The carpet had several stains. the drapes did not close properly. This let light through.
